The Barfoot Park Beelitz-Heilstätten, with 15 hectares the largest nature adventure park in Brandenburg, is looking for reinforcements for its group events:
Tour guide / Guide / Coach / Motivational trainer (m/f)
We offer various guided tours in the barefoot park as part of group events. The spectrum ranges from team-building and classic adventure tours in nature to anti-stress and relaxation tours.
For this job, you should enjoy dealing with people and have the ability to “empathize” with different groups. You have a friendly and positive demeanor, very good manners and are articulate. Knowledge of English is an advantage. A high level of commitment, team-oriented work and a strong sense of responsibility round off your profile. Initial experience as a guide is an advantage. We impart further knowledge in practice.
We expect you to be willing to work flexible hours on fixed days of the week – according to the opening hours of the Barefoot Park. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of guided tours and team events. Regardless of whether you have already gained some experience with guided tours or have never done so before – we want to get to know you!
